Oops - Template 211 - No Page Margin!

In working with template 211, somehow the margin separating Container #1 and the page "disappeared." How can I get it back? I have already checked out the coding as advised in the earlier post I made to the HTML thread category. The page titled "Test Page" will demonstrate what I mean. Our website link is: http://bbvirtualgroup.ucoz.com/

P.S. Plus, there is a "greater than" sign appearing over the top of each entry in the Site Menu. I am wondering if this is related.

The problems you describe can appear in numerous places, it would be really helpful if you provided the codes for those pages.

P.S. Maybe first I should learn how to attach a file in this forum post, as the Browse, select, Open, and Save feature did not seem to do it?

It seems like it works for me, try attaching the file again.
I used .txt text format

P.S. Tried a txt doc, but still did not work. It briefly displayed a pop-up window with some message about an invalid image, which also happened with the Word 2007 Doc.
