Heya Scotty. Finally finished it, If you want to see the results visit this link http://webhelp.ucoz.org/

Now the hard part, Adding it.

First you need to download every Image file (I've packed them into an archive for you.)

Now go to

AdminBar >> Tools >> FileManager

Make a folder named "menu" (Without quotes! LOWER CASE!)

Now enter the folder and upload each Image, Main1.png Main2.png Forum1.png Forum2.png and such,

Now you need to go to

CP >> Module Design Customization >> Site Pages

Find the tag,

After it add this.

Now that's done you can save it.

Now go to your website and enable the builder. Edit your SiteMenu's HTML code,

Hexidecimal is a scripting language, The little icon is a Hexidecimal Converted icon. It stands for "F8 FF"
