| There Is a few complications changing this banner, it would be much easier if you actually provided your banner. Anyways To change your banner go to Control Panel » Customize design » Common templates » Style sheet (CSS) Find this line (located on 7th line)
Quote #content {vertical-align: top; background: url('/.s/t/825/3.jpg') top no-repeat; padding-top: 199px;}
Replace blue url with your banners url

| Ok lets try this, go and *Restore default template* in CSS and Site Pages.
and try to change your banner again. And tell us what exactly happens.
Like do you see your banner at all? If you do whats wrong with it, is it in
the wrong location or it does something to your design, try to be specific. See your banner in 825 design http://dentistry.ucoz.com/
