how do i import rss?
please show me all the steps provide as much details as u can.

Tools > RSS Import > Add RSS Relay > Type in RSS Feed URL > Create

You have to know the feed url though. It should display in Firefox, the rss icon:

Here's an example of an RSS Feed link
