Apply for moderator

Hello

We are looking for help.

Are you good in Graphic, coding, Designing or Java Scripts (JS)?
If yes, then you can apply for a moderator.

Your required skills:

  • Graphic Specialist
For Graphic specialist, you must make at least 10 graphics for users and have at least 40 posts

  • Designer
For Designer, you must have at least 50 posts, from which we can valuate your design skills

  • For Coder and JS specialist
For Coder and JS specialist, you must have at least 60 posts from which we can valuate your coding skills.

For all moderators
You all must answer to all users questions in forum where you are moderator!

So if you have skills and time you can try to apply for a moderator!

Requirement number of posts will change as our forum will be getting more traffic.

When I say valuate I mean we don't make you moderator if you reach or have 40 posts or some other number of posts that is required, we need also to see how good you are at what you are doing by looking at your replies to users. If you are not pro but an average at what you do, basically saying you make progress and help users get the job done then we can accept you as mod.

Update: Post count for Designer and For Coder and JS specialist have been changed.

zincha, in this case we need Specialists, but don't worry, maybe later we will create new user group, like helpers or assistants, so you can apply for this later smile

For Coder and JS specialist, you must have at least 80 posts from which we can valuate your coding skills.

80 posts? What? You don't even have that many. Actually I think that post count doesn't matter if a person got good skills. I suggest you to remove this limitation. Or at least lower the minimum amount of posts.

Hetor, We might drop it from 80 to 50 posts. But if that user is good as you say at JS and Coding this requirement might not apply to him and he maybe accepted sooner.

Hetor, of course we are checking user skills on JS and other stuff, but we are also checking how this user helps other users, is he friendly and how he connect with other users! It's very important in our site, because it's not our job but hobby, so we are looking for smart and friendly users, from one posts we can see how smart he is, but with low post counts requirement we can't see how good he is when it comes to understanding other users that write bad in English, I'm not good in English either, but I try to understand and help others while being friendly smile

So this post count might remain the same huh

I still don't think 60 Is Low Enough, i Think it should be about 40, you can evaluate a certain persons skills without a posting standard. Think about it, not that many people post here, so how can we answer questions to get the post count?

Now Time for a Question?
I was wondering if you guys could make Coder, and Javascript Seperate. I'm good at HTML coding, but not really with Javascripts. Since you've made the forums for those area's seperate shouldn't the groups be to?
