Just saying, I have made a breakthrough on this.
The only thing that I'm having troubles with is enabling this for all user groups and saving, like I said before, to unique blocks that won't change for other users. It was unbelievably simpler than I expected. Only took 2 minutes literally to do too.

I've analyzed the whole code, there is no way to edit a block template without changing everything inside it.
I will try the recreation of the template afterwards. Right now, sleep time :]
