Yes it will work with uCoz! But there will be a lot of work to make this template work in all models.
I tried to install this template and here how it looks like in uCoz. I know that banner looks kind of out of
the line but there is nothing I can do right now to fix it, who ever made this banner did it incorrectly. Ok, after you extracted .rar files, you need to upload them all into your File Manager (F.M.) except

create folders with the same name in your F.M. Ex. There is CSS folder, that means you need to
create CSS folder in your F.M. and upload everything you see in CSS folder that you axtracted
into CSS folder that you created in your F.M. Same thing goes for images folder, you create folder
in F.M. and upload all of the images there...
Here is the screen shot how your File Manager should look like after you uploaded all of your files:
When I was installing for some reason I couldn't display container_1.PNG and container_2.PNG
in the website, and what do you know .png and .PNG are case sensitive (first time I see that),
I don't know maybe it's just in CSS like that and no where else, anyways Ave what you need to
do is to either rename images container_1.PNG into container_1.png and container_2.PNG into container_2.png
or go to layout.css in your F.M. and and fine using F3 container_1.png and container_2.png and make
them .PNG capitals like this container_1.PNG and container_2.PNG
Third step, when you extracted .rar file there you should see index.html file that I told you not
to upload into your F.M. You need to open index.html and view page source, copy and paste the
code you see in index.html into CP » Customize design » Site Pages
FYI before pasting the code you copied you need to erase everything you see in Site Pages first
also don't forget to add $POWERED_BY$ other wise it won't allow you to save your changes.
