I would like to know how to change the design of this button to a custom made:

I know it is changed by CSS but I cant find any code to replace or anything

It's not. Sunny said the design could be changed via CSS.
also, I made a custom spoiler tag like that but then I realized I had 2 spoiler things and that I couldn't delete the other
