umm i just create blocks by going Builder: enabled
Builder: add block
move the block to the destination
and click on the cog (teh gear looking thing)
then goto html or whatever its called and delete "Block content"
then put in your html code and voila 
then click on
Builder: Save
i want to create my own template so, please explain to me how make it in css, and html (something like this)
