How to make a latest news?? :)

Hey everybody! Can someone explain me how I can make a latest news block?? Latest news is (as I see it) the latest comments and threads that are made on the forums. So if i comment on a thread, the latest news says

1tactic23, it's easy, go to your cpanel Main » Informers http://yoursite.ucoz.com/panel/?a=informers

Make new informer like in image, change informers name like you want.

Click on informers template and add this code

Code
<li>$DATE$ $TIME$ <a href="$THREAD_URL$">$THREAD_TITLE$</a></li>

Save it and paste informers code:

For example
$MYINF_19$

In template where you want it to show up

To add scroll bar, use this tutorial http://www.ucozers.ucoz.com/forum/28-5-1

THANKS MAN!!!! It's really nice! But i've got one question:
Is it possible to make it auto scroll?? Like it goes from up to down (or other way) and if it hits the bottom it appears up again. But if you hold your mouse on the latest news it stops so you can easily click the thing you want to click. And how can I make a space inbetween every "item"?

I hope you understand me :P
P.S. Plz dont mind the spelling/grammar mistakes
