OK, Dumb question here....

Where do I go in control panel to make it when people register they do not have to confirm their E-Mail with the site.
I would like to get rid of that little red * on some profiles.

I'm not entirely sure, but if you switch it to local users it should be able to let you control. But e-mail is still required even if it doesn't have to be verified.

It should say it in the users' Module Settings.
