uhmm first put thsi down in the css

Now you go in the administrative panel to forum -> administration of the forums
Select a specific forum, click here to change it and then at the invitation you add:

but a lil more explanation?

just put that anywhere in css?

Forum Sponsor or whatever : <-- and u mean forum name?
